October 16, 2004 Saturday at 9:00 A.M. Queens County Legislative Breakfast - Tickets are $12.00 per person - Keynote Speaker will be P.N.V.C. John P. Tipping, Vice Chairman of our National Legislative Council All Federal and State elected Officials and candidates from Queens County have been invited to address the membership of the Queens County American Legion. Cut off date for tickets will be October 9th 2004."No Tickets will be available at the door".

November 07, 2004 Sunday from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. American Legion Post 1404 will host our Senior Citizen's Day - (Information will follow)
November 11, 2004 Thursday at 9:00 A.M. Veteran's Day Parade in New York - will honor all veterans and servicemen and women presently serving in the military. The parade is scheduled to start at 11am at the Eternal Light Monument on 23rd Street and 5th Avenue and march past the main reviewing stand at 42nd Street and 5th Avenue at Bryant Park, up to 59th Street at Central Park. Following the Parade, a concert of patriotic music will take place in Bryant Park and Central Park. This year's expected attendance is close to one million people!
